Q1: Are my funds safe and am I able to access them?
The unavailability of MT4 and MT5 apps in the Apple Store is not affecting your funds in any way, shape or form. You can access your funds at any time through the BDSwiss app that is readily available to download and use.
Q2: I have the MT4/MT5 apps installed on my Apple mobile device. Will they stop working?
No. If you already have the MT4/MT5 apps installed on your devices, they will continue working as usual. You can still trade using your Apple mobile device. The apps are unavailable to the people who do not have the apps installed and wish to try and install them now.
Q3: I’m trading using my Android device, will I be affected?
Android devices’ users/traders are currently not affected. The recent news only affects mobile devices that run on iOS. Please keep in mind that you can still access your account through the web version or desktop application of MT4/MT5.
Q4: Will I be able to open a demo account using my iOS mobile device?
No. If you wish to open a new demo account you can do so using the desktop application and web version of the MT4 and MT5 as well as an android mobile phone. Moreover, you can download the BDSwiss mobile app.
Please note that if you already have an open demo account on your iOS mobile device, you can still access and use it.
Q5: Will I be able to open a demo account using my android device?
Yes, you can open a demo account using any android device.
Q6: I couldn’t login to my MT4/MT5 account on my iOS mobile device?
You can still login to your account on your mobile device. Please note that the removal of MT4 and MT5 from the Apple App store doesn’t affect your account accessibility. Don’t delete the app and make sure you’re using the correct login credentials. If you haven’t logged in to your account for a while, you might need to reset your password. If you still can’t login to your account, contact our support team for support.
Q7: Will approved trading accounts registered through an Apple mobile device be affected?
If you have registered your trading account using an Apple mobile device, you will not be affected. You can use your account login credentials to login to your account using an Apple mobile device, android device, desktop application or the web version of MT4/MT5, regardless of which device you have used to sign up for your account.
Q8: I forgot my password; will I be able to reset it?
Yes. The withdrawal of MT4 & MT5 doesn’t affect your ability to login to your account. Reset your account as you would normally do. If the problem still persists, contact our support team.
Q9: Will this affect my deposits and withdrawals?
No, we process fund transfers through our own portals and are not affected by the recent news. The current removal of MT4/MT5 from the Apple App Store won’t affect any deposits or withdrawals or transfers of your money.‹ Back to Help Center
